30-day writing challenge ~ Day 5 (Spiders)

Spiders.

They love me.  I swear they stalk me at night.  I pray for bitter cold, harsh winters (not common in California) to freeze those itsy bitsies into oblivion.

When I go to squash them, I swear they have super spidey strength, able to leap small bookcases in a single bound.  They look at me with those spidey eyes ... ACK!

Nicky of WWFC says to blame Mike (also of WWFC) for this prompt.  There you have it.

I will dream of spiders tonight now. All these spider stories I'm reading today.

Sure what does Mike have to worry about. He has a cat to kill his spiders for him.

All spiders have spidey sense. It's part of their DNA.

Come on Tami! Some of them have kind and gentle eyes.

Spiders. Shudder.

I like them better than cockroaches, though.
