H is for Half Off and a Hop - A to Z Writing Challenge topic

“Half Off” is music to a thrifter’s ears.  Every once in awhile retail will have a half off sale, but it is more likely to be offered by thrift shops.  Some stores have a percent off of the color tag sale, usually it is donations that haven’t moved as quickly or not as popular.  This is true of clothing, when it stays on the thrift shop rack too long it is bundled sold in bulk.

So I was racking my brain - I didn't have any images for half off.  Then it occurred to me "H" can represent for hop - BLOG HOPS!  Another one that I regularly link in to is Patti's blog at Not Dead Yet Style for:

Since I rarely see Country represented in these style posts, it's pickin time!  Whaddya think about the overall corduroy maxi dress making a comeback?

  8. I live in Nashville so I stay far, far away from all things country-esque. But if I was going to "go there" I'd wear that color shirt and a corduroy skirt!

Thanks for commenting on my blog, Tami! ;-)

  9. Y'know, reading your blog is nearly as much fun as going thrifting! And it has made me remember some of the snags I've acheieved over the years. Wonderful!
