Doggy Day on the Countdown

Day 9 is Doggy Day on the Countdown to Christmas. This thrift shop ornament was too cute not to capture its image.

Our recipe for dog food. We boil a 1 pound bag of chicken thighs and legs. After cooled, we separate the bones. The meat is then freezer-packed into daily portions and then frozen. We will serve that chicken with either a homemade vegetable soup, cottage cheese, or eggs, and a dollop of either pumpkin or olive oil.
