Pig's Foot Jelly
Put six feet in one pail of water and boil to two quarts. Take off all the fat and add half a pint of milk or cream. Boil it a quarter of an hour to jelly. Add a little rose water; boil in cinnamon. Complete it by putting in a little lemon-juice.
