Hope Springs Eternal and Some of the Unusual

I am passing through the book eBay listing phase of the death pile. I hold out hope that someday I will find some 💰🤑 dolla dolla bills in a secondhand book, but have found none so far. 

I found this note in an origami book.


We shared souls
We stayed up late laughing and loving and each moment we shared was an eternity of perfect happiness, forever encased in my mind and heart.

A few images from a monthly flea market held up country Amador County. 





And a random share of a Seattle World's Fair pin from 1962 found at thrift. I am recollecting memorabilia from that event I attended when I was 2 years old. 

These Voodoo dolls were one of my favorite finds from last year.

    I have that same Seattle pin! Inherited it from my husband's aunt who was born in Seattle and then lived in Alaska.

    Tami, I don't know if you know, but this theme on Blogspot is so hard to navigate! When I read one post, it does show me a list of other popular posts to choose from, but in order to comment, I have to go back to the home page, and click on "post a comment" from the little blog post preview. I am not sure how many people would read a post and then go backward in order to comment. Also the ads just pop in at random places and it is hard to tell what you are spotlighting and what is an ad. Just in case you're not getting as many comments as you used to.
