My coin jar/vase I keep under my desk at work. Is it half empty or half full?

It has been bare bones in the thrift shop arena, so shopgoodwill.com continues to provide fodder for my posts. Ceramic red Foo dogs (with coins) currently bidding at $5, so ugly they are cute.
In a feeble attempt to spice up this post and the yawner of a topic ....
Especially nice container for your coins.
ReplyDeleteOh my, you almost have as many coins as Mr. Dufus!
ReplyDeleteUnder your desk at work? You trust those guys? No wonder it's half empty.
ReplyDeleteLove your vase and that last bit of wit is fantastic!
ReplyDeleteThis is a great picture of coins. I have mine in a red can. Not nearly as photogenic!
ReplyDeleteI guess half full or half empty depends on whether you're saving the coins or spending them.
ReplyDeleteOh boy! I think you have the most coins of everyone combined!
ReplyDeleteHmmm...looks like my coin jar.....half full!!
ReplyDeleteHoly cow, that's like all the money in the world.
ReplyDeleteWow! That looks like a wine chiller, so you have a lot of change- maybe enough for some wine!!
ReplyDeleteIt's HALF FULL!!!
ReplyDeleteI seriously like those Chinese coin dogs. Or dragons. Look, I don't understand Chinese art, but it's cool.
ReplyDeleteAnd I have to ask: Why would you keep a half-empty glass (it's always half-empty) beneath your desk? That seems like an odd place for it.
lets go with full- we should always be positive when it comes to cash right?! :)
ReplyDeleteI think that jar is begging to be exchanged for an afternoon snack in the vending machines.
ReplyDeleteHate thrifting this time of year. All the stores are swarming with people searching for Halloween costumes and snagging "my" cool stuff in the process. I'd let those figurine things stay on the shelf though.
Gotta agree with you there on the thrift shops - costumes and Halloween decor has taken over, for now.
