I have a particular fondness for retro images from assorted publications. My finds this past year include the 1969 Family Christmas Book by Barbara Rinkoff and the 1970 Pillsbury's Entertainment Idea Handbook.
Shopgoodwill.com provides a wealth of images for my countdown posts. These reindeer-riding elves sold for $25 on that site.
Pattern of the Day is a 1961 McCall's 5799. The trim seems to have a holiday theme to it.
